Bee Evolution and "Bee"-ology

Last Thursday was a little rainy at the beginning and end but we were able to get out into the hives! The Bee Veterans stayed at Pollination Park and looked at a few hives like the Bee Rookies when to the Urban Farm to help Dustin.

The Bee Veterans have added 1 box on two different hives. Lots of honey! We have also reported lots of larva as well, big and small. The Queen's still seem alive (basing this only on the fact that there are small larva) and the hives we examined seem to be fine with no mites or deformed wing disease.
